The balcony is wonderful and everyone who has visited us and has used it is overwhelmed by its splendour. It is everything that we had wished for and more.

Taken together with the bi-folding french windows, it is a work of art.

Mark you, some of the refinements in the design did take a lot of negotiation when trying to arrive at exactly what I had in mind, but that I would see as a bonus point and that it reflects well on you and your team, particularly as the end result was perfect.

Your team was very easy to work with, and always very considerate and sensitive to how our household was run, avoiding any difficulties sometimes produced by builders. In fact I would go further and say that it was a pleasure to have your team on-site.

I fitted the ladder at the weekend and bolted it to the wall. It is a very good fit - and is exactly what I expected it to be.
